Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for any booking or service purchase if the refund request is made within 24 hours of the initial transaction.

If you wish to cancel your reservation or service and receive a refund, you must notify us no later than 24 hours after your payment was processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Requests made after the 24-hour window has passed will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
